steffi graf has never been known as “mrs. agassi.” she kept her own last name because she’s smart and wants to keep her own identity. i don’t even know where you got that stupid idea.
nadal and federer are just as good as the other mens game greats no doubt
everytime I see these two in an interview It seems that Andre completely dominates the conversation to the exclusion of Steffe.

What Nadal and Federer are these days (the two world’s best) were Agassi and Sampras in the 90s.
Nadal is the new Agassi: A great tennisplayer and showman.
Federer is the new Sampras: Statisticly the best tennisplayer and more or less the quiet and shy guy, but a hell of a tennisplayer.
Not sure who you are directing that at, Marriietje. The interviewer said she was the ONLY woman to have ever won all 4 slams in the same year which isn’t accurate. Yes she’s the only player to hold a Golden Slam, but Gabby didn’t say “Golden”. Two other women players completed a calendar year Grand Slam prior to Steffi. I think Margaret Court was one of them, not sure who the other was.
She did do so in 1988 and they called it the Golden Slam, because she also won the Olymics title. Get your facts right.

Maybe what Gabby should have said to give a better indication of Steffi’s accomplishments is: Steffi is the only player, man or woman, to win each of the grand slams 4 times apiece.
This was great. They are so sweet and, you can tell, still very much in love. And Steffi looks fantastic!

Great interview and I am a HUGE steffi fan but at the top of the interview Gabby says Steffi is the only woman ever to have won all four grand slams in the same year which is NOT true! Can’t wait to see them on Sunday!
